We've met before
A downloadable visual novel for Windows, macOS, and Linux
The night is quiet, but you can't sleep.
Someone is in the house.
Someone who should not be there.
"We've met before, haven't we? At your house, don't you remember?"
Made for the FIX YOUR HEARTS OR DIE Game Jam. Inspired by "Lost Highway" (1997) and other works of the late David Lynch.
Reupload notice
Following itch.io's ban on "explicit" content, some of my works have been delisted and deemed as inappropriate. This decision came as a result of the platform targeting NSFW, queer, and horror creators due to pressure from a hate group known as Collective Shout. As a queer person I am no longer comfortable contributing to this platform and having it process payments for me.
However, in the interest of media preservation, I have reuploaded my free games. If you wish to tip me or buy my paid works, you can do so on my ko-fi.
Content warnings
This game contains potentially disturbing or startling content, namely: descriptions of violence, blood and gore, corpses, mentions of anxiety and depression, guilt, derealization, depersonalization, psychological and surreal horror, home invasion, and jumpscares. There are time-sensitive choices and minigames that might cause you to lose the game, but you can adjust or disable them in the settings menu.| Status | Released |

So tense! Loved the mechanics and use of movement to raise the tension. I died the first time ><
Thank you, I really enjoyed working on the mechanical side of this one.
Oh I wanted to say that the night after playing this I had a nightmare about a home invasion and uhhhhh I think as a horror writer you're legally allowed to take that as a compliment
Thank you? (I'm sorry???)
Had fun with this, Making a few Videos on this!!!! Here is Pt 1
Thank you for picking up my game for your channel, it's a great episode!
I especially liked how you seemingly started rushing through the narration when things got tense, it gave it a sense of urgency I think.
That one QTE is pretty tough, good luck on subsequent attempts!
Thank you, yea I had super fun with it and Looking forward to exploring this game in it's fullness
