Black Lilies | Mystery adventure for 5th edition

A monster roams the streets. It attacked last night, killing my companion and wounding me. I fear that it will strike again tonight, so you must hurry.

I found the beast's lair, but I'm weak and wounded. I trust only you. If anyone else learns of the monster before you can defeat it, there will be chaos. I will await you there tonight.

The peaceful town of Sirraen is plunged into chaos following an attack on the guard captain. It's up to the party to investigate and find the culprit before it strikes again.

• A 10 page long mystery adventure for one or two sessions, with multiple outcomes depending on the players' choices.
• A neatly laid out PDF with links in the text to make navigation easier.
• 3 new enemy statblocks.

Black Lilies can serve as an introductory adventure to my full campaign, Heart of Darkness. It's written with the same setting in mind and leads player characters right into the beginning of the campaign. However, it can also be ran as a standalone adventure or introduced into another campaign. All relevant setting details are provided in the introduction section of the adventure.
