Build B release
Build B is out now!
Sounded by Maya, a nurse character submitted by Valiola, one of my testers, the third trumpet announces the arrival of week 3 into the game! If you already bought Build A before, you can redownload the game on itch.io to keep playing - don't worry about your saves, they'll still be there in the new version.
What's in this build?
- 3 weeks of gameplay, from the 31st of October to the 17th/19th of November.
- 51 patient sessions, 12-13 per patient, with branching that can cause a mid-game game over if you're not careful.
- 11 social break events with four different characters, two of which haven't appeared in previous builds.
- 25 exploration events,
- 7 dream sequences that uncover the main character's past,
- 9 dream sequences about the main character's patients,
- route-specific break, evening and weekend events,
Various changes:
- Since we've reached the halfway point of the game now (yay!) you can experience some actual branching. I will post a guide eventually or at least some ending branch flowcharts for Act 1 (so weeks 1-3) that I made for my testers way back.
- Fixed bugs and typos that were reported for weeks 1 and 2 over time.
- Optimizing the code around navigating between different parts of the game slightly. It shouldn't make a noticeable difference in speed since ren'py code is pretty lightweight anyway, but it's something.
Thank you all for following the game! The next build is scheduled for the 20th of February, I hope you enjoy week 3 until then!
This build is a bit shorter than the previous one, since it does, in most cases, end before Friday of the third week. I have a good story reason for that, though, which should become apparent once you finish the build. Things like this is why I call the builds letter names and not week numbers since sometimes it's not exactly that specific week. Either way, the build is still packed with new content and definitely worth playing, as it continues the branching set up on week 2.

So happy new build is out! However, I'm having as issue with the download page. When I click the game in my library it says, "Nothing is available for download yet."
The game had some small issues so I'm uploading a new build. However, my internet connection decided to screw me over and decided to take an hour every time. It's almost done right now, though, so hang on for a few more minutes, please. Sorry about the inconvenience >.<
It works! Downloading now B)
